A LITTLE BIT about me
You can often find me walking barefoot, drinking bitter teas, enduring cold showers and covering myself in herbal oils.
I have tried a lot of things in the pursuit of health but I probably enjoy these the most!

my story
As a child, I was happiest outside collecting lemon balm in the garden, chestnuts in the woods and blackberries from the hedgerows. What can I say, a Naturopath was born? Umm well, no, not quite.
Fast forward to my twenties and I’d abandoned my natural roots. Bad diet, habits and stress caught up with me, I ended up tired, sick and miserable.
I knew I needed a change and discovering nutrition saved me. I was amazed when I saw how I could feel better simply by changing my diet. So I undertook 7 years study becoming a nutritional therapist, naturopath and then a herbalist.
I’m still constantly in awe of natural medicine and so grateful that I’m able to help others heal.

WAYS WE CAN WORK together
Courses
I love teaching and sharing how you can be your own healer using natural medicine. You can find both free and paid education here covering topics from herbal medicine to hormones.
Consultations
I work with clients one-to-one to provide support, insight and a targeted approach using herbs, nutrition and lifestyle to address the root causes of their health issues.
Herbal Products
You can make a healing herbal medicine by simply adding hot water! I’ve developed a range of teas and a detox package so you can get started enjoying herbs in your own home.
