This is a warming, rich, woody tea full of plants that have been used traditionally to support immunity. These herbs were used to strengthen and tonify the body and boost our natural defences.

Please note, this is loose leaf tea. This not only helps the environment but also means if you want a stronger tea infusion you can adjust to your taste!

All packaging is biodegradable.

Our deepest, intense flavour rich in warming spices - this tea packs a punch.
Add 1 tablespoon of Boost tea to a pot of boiling water and infuse for 10-15 minutes.
Mullein (Verbascum thapsus), Elecampagne root (Inula helenium), Liquorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Ginger root (Zingiber officinalis), Elderberry (Sambucus nigra), Echinacea (Echinacea angustifolia), Goldenrod (Solidago canadensis), Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum). All teas are 100% organic.
