Navigating the hormonal shifts that are a natural part of the female experience can take us into unfamiliar territory of fluctuating emotions and physical sensations. Knowing that you are not alone on this journey and that you are innately equipped with the tools and knowledge to balance your hormones can be incredibly empowering.
Together we will gather in a circle of women to honour our feminine nature, share wisdom and empower each other. We will discuss the female hormonal system and the symptoms of common conditions affecting women including premenstrual tension, irregular periods, PCOS, and endometriosis. We will be joined by herbalist Izzy Kirkby who will discuss the power of medicinal herbs as well as the importance of nutrition and lifestyle modifications to support the female hormonal cycle and bring it back to balance. Finally, we will turn to somatic movement, yogic breathing techniques and Yin yoga postures as a means of enquiring into the wisdom of our bodies for guidance.
You will leave with tools and direct practices to reconnect with your essential feminine nature and empower you to reclaim your wholeness.
