A LITTLE BIT about me
You can often find me walking barefoot, drinking bitter teas, enduring cold showers and covering myself in herbal oils.
I have tried a lot of things in the pursuit of health but I probably enjoy these the most!

my journey
I studied for 7 years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London qualifying as a nutritional therapist, naturopath and a herbalist.
Then I discovered that you can never stop learning and since then have studied with many leading natural health practitioners and qualified as a kinesiologist, behavioural iridologist, a vitalist and homeobotanical practitioner.
I initially focused women’s health and hormones but I see clients with a wide-range of conditions. Fortunately as a naturopath you never really specialise as you have to understand how the whole body works!
I’ve evolved my practice to offer as much as possible to my clients from in-house testing to using new therapies and technologies. I am delighted to grow my clinic further and work with Alexandra Morarescu who specialises in German New Medicine and Family Tree Therapy.
I’m still constantly in awe of natural medicine and so grateful to be able to share this with others.
WAYS WE CAN WORK together
Courses
I love sharing how you can be your own healer using natural medicine. You can find both free and paid education here covering topics from herbal medicine to hormones.
Consultations
You can work with me or one of my practitioners for one-to-one support and take a targeted approach using naturopathy to address the root causes of their health issues.
Herbal Products
You can make a healing herbal medicine by simply adding hot water! I’ve developed a range of teas so you can get started enjoying herbs in your own home.
