Cleanse tea is packed with spring tonic herbs that uplift, renew and reinvigorate. These herbs would be traditionally drunk in the spring to clean away the winter’s excess and are rich in minerals for a nourishing brew.

This is a blend of herbs that were traditionally called ‘blood cleansers’. They were used to shake out any stagnation!

However, what I love about these herbs is that they are not there to detoxify and dredge you and leave you feeling like an empty shell.

They are nutritious tonics that can give the body the minerals and phytonutrients it needs to support you. They are energising, revitalising and reinvigorating! A cup full of green wisdom and glow!

Please note, this is loose leaf tea. This not only helps the environment but also means if you want a stronger tea infusion you can adjust to your taste!

My favourite description is 'Tastes like nature, it makes you feel warm and nice on the inside like a hug'. This tea is packed with green goodness that nurtures your insides feeling like a warm hug!
I love infusing big handfuls of Cleanse tea for hours or sometimes overnight in a Kilner jar to make an infusion. This way you can extract more of the minerals and get a deep, rich brew. If you cannot wait that long then even just 15 minutes of infusing these herbs will result in a nourishing treat.
Cleavers (Galium aparine), Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), Violet leaf (Viola tricolor), Dandelion leaf (Taraxacum officinalis) & Red clover flower (Trifolium praetense). All organic of course!
