Many herbal tea brands will use low quality, cheap cinnamon known as Cassia cinnamon grown in China. You can be assured that Womb tea only uses Ceylon cinnamon native to Sri Lanka and Southern India and prized for its taste and health properties.
It is one of the star ingredients in this tea so if you like cinnamon then you will enjoy Womb tea!
The rose and calendula are cooling and slightly bitter this is delicately balanced by the sweeter liquorice but you may want to add a little honey to your taste.
Add 1 tablespoon of womb tea to a pot of boiling water and infuse for 10-15 minutes.
You may want to shake the bag to allow for more cinnamon to circulate.
