Moon is one of my favourite teas. It brings me immediate calm and peace and has a rich warmth of cinnamon and nutmeg that soothes the soul. It is my ally for aiding relaxation into stillness and sleep.
Add 1 tablespoon of Moon tea to a pot of hot water and infuse for 10-20 minutes this will bring out the sweetness of the lime flower and oat straw to balance the aromatic chamomile, hops and valerian.
